When will my order Ship?
For standard shipping, please allow 3-5 days for order processing before shipment. Upgraded shipping options are available for a fee. Orders placed before 12pm EST with upgraded shipping will ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 12pm EST with upgraded shipping will ship out the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take 3-10 business days depending on delivery location.
There is a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for orders under $100. You may purchase upgraded shipping options for an increased price. The prices are as follows:
1-2 Day Shipping: $16.90
Delivery time does not include weekends. Holidays, weather emergencies, and other factors may impact delivery time. Harbor House Clothing Co. is not responsible for stolen packages.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Orders may be exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. Items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size (if in stock). Exchanges must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tag intact.
What is your Return Policy?
Returns may be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns will be in exchange for store credit that does not expire. Returns are subject to a $5 shipping fee that will be deducted from the store credit total. Returns must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tag intact.
When will I receive my Store Credit?
Store credit will be issued once return is received. A one-time code will be emailed to you with the store credit amount attached.
Can I Purchase Gift Cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase under the 'Categories' tab. Gift cards are sent via email, we do not offer physical gift cards. Gift cards never expire.
